Entry level starting wage - $16.00 - $17.00 per hour depending on experience
8-hour shifts (1st Shift: 8 am-4:00 pm, 2nd Shift: 4 pm-Midnight or 3rd shift: Midnight-8 am)
Lift 10-30 pounds continuously, lift to 70 pounds occasionally, stand for long hours, and use hands and wrists continuously in a controlled movement
Receive and follow instructions
Use vision to identify defects in the product
Good verbal and written comprehension, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and working independently with minimal supervision
You will also receive a shift differential paid for either the 2nd or 3rd shift worked. 2nd shift is a $0.30 shift differential and 3rd shift is $0.75

Min High School Diploma or equivalent
2-year technical degree or equivalent experience at ALPLA or similar industry
Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance Safety
Ability to read basic blueprints and schematics
Familiarity with power transmission systems and industrial controls
Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
Experience with programmable controllers
Knowledge of occupational math skills for measurements and calculations
Problem-solving and team collaboration capabilities
The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and very occasionally to climb or balance.
The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to sit.
The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs.
