Ability to travel up to 50%, including occasional overnight travel
3+ years of experience in skilled trades or equivalent hands-on technical experience
Two (2) certifications from primary Finishing, Dispensing & Filtration vendors (e.g., Graco, GEMA, Fanuc, Sames, CFT), or ability to obtain within the first 6 months
2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Finishing processes and equipment; Pumps and pump motors; Tubing and piping routing/installation; Related industrial equipment exposure
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment
Comfortable reading technical manuals, safety rules, and procedures—and documenting work clearly
Familiarity with 5S and organized work environments
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Comfortable working in environments with paint, solvents, fumes, and moving mechanical parts
Ability to walk, stand, climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and carry materials
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
