Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn basic manufacturing software and machine-control interfaces.
Operational Literacy: Ability to read blueprints, wiring schematics, and technical documentation.
System Proficiency: Competence in ERP business systems (Infor CSI) and Microsoft Excel.
Detail Oriented: Close attention to detail in managing job packets as small errors can lead to production delays and inventory discrepancies.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally to move/inspect parts or verify materials.
Experience: 2-4 years in a manufacturing environment (Fabrication or Assembly).
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks) is a must.
A methodical mindset with a willingness to learn technical systems and maintain administrative accuracy.
