Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field required
4-7 years marketing experience required
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, CRM, field/local marketing, and content)
Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including lead generation and funnel optimization
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present updates, insights, and recommendations clearly
Proven experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders across teams
Experience partnering with external agencies or vendors to execute campaigns and optimize performance
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Detail-oriented with a focus on execution quality and consistency across campaigns
Ability to think both strategically and tactically to drive results across diverse markets
Experience supporting distributed or multi-campus locations is a plus
Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards preferred
Ability to travel approximately 20%
