Work is primarily performed seated in an office
The Customer Service Representative position requires standing and walking for 2+ hours daily, sitting for 6+ hours, reaching overhead and forward, climbing, and pushing/pulling with arms and legs
Tasks require manual dexterity, attention to detail, problem-solving, memory recall, clear communication, and adaptability
Proficiency in computer use, clear hearing, depth perception, color vision, and visual acuity are essential
The role does not involve lifting or carrying items over 50 lbs and is primarily office-based
Position requires partial shifts in an environment with extreme temperatures (>100 in summer months)
