This position requires shop work.
When working in the shop, one must exercise caution as this environment presents many naturally-occurring and potentially worker-produced hazards including small or large projectiles, contamination with toxic gasses/liquids, impalement, crushing, electrocution, explosion, immolation, decapitation and asphyxiation.
Safety policies must be always adhered to.
Appropriate personal protective equipment (i.e., safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toed boots, and others) must be always worn where required.
Able to lift up to 30lbs or more as needed.
1-2 years of electrical experience
Practical experience with risk management, product testing, capability studies, and control plans.
Ability to review technical documentation, including project plans, test procedures, and design documents.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
Must have reliable transportation

3–5 years of experience supervising warehouse personnel in a fast-paced operation in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material-handling operations within a food production environment plus 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse supervision
Hands-on experience with inventory systems or ERP transactions, including receiving, material movements, and shipping documentation
Experience working in freezer, refrigerated, or temperature-controlled warehouse environments
Forklift experience (deep reach, stand up and sit down) as well as safety procedure knowledge, including proper load handling, speed limits, and forklift maintenance, and warehouse machinery experience
Previous experience working with an ERP and / or WM Systems
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to walk, stoop, stand, kneel, bend, climb stairs, and lift to 50 lbs
