Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on heavy equipment both on-site and in-house
Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems remotely and in person
Travel to customer locations as needed, including emergency service calls
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment in compliance with housekeeping standards
Follow all departmental safety protocols and company compliance policies
Conduct incoming inspections for all rental equipment, including rope inspections using Scope equipment
Deliver equipment training and technical support to customers
Manage service records, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules using SAP and Verizon Connect
Perform visual inspections to ensure equipment aesthetics and presentation meet company standards

Must have three to five years of experience in general mobile heavy truck repair, automotive repair, or equipment repair; equivalent trade school/technical school time may be applied toward this requirement OR have completed a vocational/technical school program or apprenticeship in vehicle and equipment repair and have four years of experience.
Must be capable of operating company vehicles and equipment on a daily basis. The employee must have the ability to drive and have proper licensing.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
This position requires significant travel in the state of Texas, (including overnight) to project locations, supporting teams to ensure successful operation of the equipment.
Regular and predictable attendance.
Position may be subject to pre-employment screening, which may include background check and drug testing.
