At least three years of recent experience operating an electric pallet jack in a warehouse or distribution environment.
At least three years of experience using RF scanners for inventory, picking, or order fulfillment.
Previous experience operating Crown-brand electric pallet jacks is required.
Valid driver's license is required.
Ability to pass a written equipment and safety quiz.
Ability to pass a hands-on electric pallet jack driving skills test.
Ability to read and understand product labels, safety instructions, and warehouse documentation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team.
Willingness to work overtime on Fridays when needed.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to safely handle products and materials according to job requirements.
Ability to work around moving equipment, warehouse traffic, and varying temperatures.
Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment.
Steel-toe work boots are required.
