Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), preferably Watson or similar platforms.
Experience supporting clinical trials and regulated sample management processes.
Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards, including:
ICH-GCP
GCP
GCLP
CLIA
CAP
Familiarity with clinical trial systems, electronic data capture (EDC), and specimen tracking tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and timelines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work onsite in a laboratory environment.
