High School Diploma or GED
3+ years as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a manufacturing or production environment
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
Basic computer proficiency (Windows-based systems, data entry, standard applications)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Basic familiarity with ERP software (Epicor Kinetic preferred)
Overseeing ISO 7 cleanroom environment and PPE requirements
Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout a standard workday
