Ability to independently operate production equipment while meeting safety, quality, and productivity expectations
Skill in performing first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using measuring tools and specifications
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine equipment or process issues without direct supervision
Knowledge of quality standards, control plans, and inspection requirements applicable to assigned processes
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain steady production flow
Ability to support training and knowledge transfer to less experienced technicians
Self-paced, 10 hr shifts
May be exposed to fumes, loud noises and extreme temperatures infrequently

The associate must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 - 90 pounds.
