Experience working in a manufacturing environment and the ability to read blueprints
Experience measuring devices such as micrometers, verniers, height and depth comparators, and air gages.
Able to work with minimal direction
Willing to work unscheduled overtime to satisfy emergency or critical customer shipments.

1+ year of manufacturing or medical device assembly experience preferred
Experience in GMP, ISO, FDA, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and procedures in English
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Basic math skills, including ability to work with decimals and measurements
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
