Mechanical Assemblers
Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Schedule: 1st shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: 2nd shift Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $27+/HR depending on skills and experience
Pay Details: $24.00 to $35.00 per hour

High School Diploma/GED
Ability to read and understand prints, process sheets, and engineering specifications
Ability to use and setup gaging
Ability to use tweezers, microscope, bush buttons, turn knobs, or levers
Basic mathematical and mechanical skills
Basic computer interface skills
Strong attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task and coordinate work activities to be efficient and productive
Strong ability to follow written and prescribed work instructions/procedures and tasks
Strong ability to read and interpret specifications, acceptance criteria, and engineering drawings
Ability to work independently and in a team along with solid training and mentoring skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Situational/Spatial awareness along with strict adherence to PPE/safety protocols
