Field Service Engineer III - Chromatography & MS (Eastern Washington)

High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science, or a related field preferred
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer working with analytical instrumentation, including Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry systems, or equivalent relevant industry experience
Maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record
Ability to safely lift 50 Lbs with assistance on occasion
Ability to safely lift and carry 25-30 Lbs continuously throughout the day
Ability to bend, squat, stretch, and reach every day in a service function
Must be available to travel overnight up to 75% within the territory or other areas as the need arises
Possess effective interpersonal skills and ability to establish good customer rapport
Ability to prioritize service requests and produce clear and concise documentation
Ability to work independently within a customer location
Must be proficient with the use of customer management software to track service calls, manage parts inventories, and complete job tasks
Experience with installation, repair, maintenance and qualifications of analytical instrumentation including Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry systems

Minimum one year of recent experience in field construction management or construction advisory services with increasing roles and responsibilities in a variety of large capital project types for both public and private clients
Bachelor's degree or masters' degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Professional Engineer, Project Management, Certified Construction Manager, Certified Public Accountant, American Institute of Architects, or other professional certification is preferred
Demonstrated client coordination and subcontractor management for full life cycle construction projects including planning and work breakdown structures, pre-construction services, sourcing and procurement of contracts, contract administration, scheduling, cost estimating, quality management, project reporting, and project closeout
Experience using various project management tools such as Procore, E-Builder, Primavera, Enterprise, Prolog, and other toolsets
Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, records retention, and work paper organizational skills
Willingness and ability to travel
