One-year certificate from a technical college or trade school, OR
3-6 months of related work experience in electrical or mechanical assembly, OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
Demonstrated attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently.
Must provide and maintain personal hand tools (screwdrivers, sockets, wrenches, ratchets, pliers, etc.) and proper tool storage.
Must be available for overtime and weekend work as production demands require.
This position is physically demanding and performed in a non-climate-controlled, industrial warehouse environment with exposure to loud noise, dust, and fluctuating temperatures.
Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day.
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and working with hands and arms.
Regularly lift and move objects up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
Must be able to work in tight or awkward positions when assembling units.
Hearing protection and PPE (provided) may be required due to high noise levels.
