The Senior Project Engineer - Water/Wastewater (Engineer IV) is responsible for directing the engineering design team in a variety of Water/Wastewater and general public facility projects throughout the entire cycle from initial concept through successful completion

Uses team management skills to lead the design group during the conceptual phase of product development following CPH and client's standards and templates
Directs development of an action plan and estimates requirements for resources management, labor, materials, and time required to complete project
Development of deliverables including plans, design reports and technical specifications
Supervision of junior engineers in evaluation of shop drawings, and oversight of construction administration duties as the Engineer of Record
Monitors progress of development project and compares actual costs with estimates
Prepares monthly reports, detailing progress, and costs for next level management
Works with Project Managers to develop scope and manhour estimates for various projects
Reviews and studies existing equipment, facilities, systems, and processes to improve efficiency, increase quality, and reduce costs
Periodic travel to perform business development, project management, site investigations, and construction observation
