Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience supporting assembly and test processes with a focus on process improvement
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
Experience with SPC, FMEA, DFMA, RCA, and quality improvement tools
Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
Experience analyzing and improving manufacturing equipment and workflows
Strong troubleshooting, project management, and problem-solving skills
