Associates degree in electro-technology, military (technical) training and/or vocational/trade schooling
7+ years experience in a manufacturing environment or high-speed distribution center
5+ years experience supervising/leading technicians or mechanics
Understanding of LEAN Six Sigma (5S) and GMP
Must be able to manage, train and mentor supervisors along with their maintenance teams
Must be able to ensure corrective and preventative maintenance is performed on manufacturing equipment to include installations and modifications
May be responsible for facilities and surrounding grounds as well
Must be able to ensure working areas are safe in accordance with OSHA and SOP's
Provide reports to management and executives

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and have and maintain current a Registered Nurse license in the State of Connecticut.
