High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years related experience
Good hand/eye coordination and mechanical/electrical aptitude
Must be able to distinguish colors.
Ability to work with computer-based systems for data entry
Proficient in reading and writing in English
Ability to use electrical test equipment for example multi meters.
A high level of attention to detail.
Excellent manual dexterity.
Basic understanding of Electrical principals
A flexible and proactive approach.
The ability to respond to changes in demand and meet deadlines.
The ability to produce assemblies following work instructions and to self-check own work.
Able to work in a fast-paced, lean environment.
Experience in computer-based material control/business systems and excellent team skills.
Highly organized, accurate and disciplined in maintaining an orderly work area.
