This position has a starting pay range of $16.94 to $17.44 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
Possesses excellent customer service skills
Capable of multi-tasking
Retail customer experience preferred
Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
Works effectively with peers and supervisors
May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' related Materials Management experience or 3 years' non-materials management roles of increasing responsibilities (ex. Mfg. Specialist, Back-Up Specialist, Mfg. Material Handler, etc.)
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or less and push 150 lbs or less
Ability to operate electric walker/overhead pallet truck, and mechanical stretch wrapper
Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to understand and utilize ERP software applications
