Inbound Coordinator II - Cross Dock - 1st shift
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am - 3pm
(Must be available to work overtime and/or weekends, if necessary)
Microsoft Word & Excel – intermediate level preferred
Strong organizational skills
Excellent typing skills
Must have strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with clear, understandable and professional phone presence.
Superb problem-solving skills.
Ability to deal with anxious vendors, drivers and others and follow through quickly with problem resolution.
Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.

Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (United States)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
