ESD Awareness
Must have solid understanding of analog and digital troubleshooting skills
Good soldering techniques and able to do solder rework using a microscope
Team-oriented attitude
This individual must be hands-on, decisive, and able to get things done in a small company environment

Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screening and background check
IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620 certifications desired
As this position will require access to export-controlled information, only applications from 'U.S. persons' within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR will be considered
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years' experience or trade school and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Previous experience with LabView and ability to write ATE programs to control Test equipment and receivers a huge plus
Onsite in Sparks, MD with a 9/80 schedule. Every other Friday OFF.
Must have a solid understanding and working knowledge of RF test equipment such as Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, RF generators, digital oscilloscopes, frequency meters and Power meters
Ability to read schematic diagrams and other engineering documentation required
Proof of employment authorization will be required
