High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 7 years technical experience in building engineering with strong expertise in packaged HVAC equipment repair, refrigeration, maintenance, and system design and application
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with CMMS systems (Corrigo or similar)
Understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and building automation
Strong organizational and management capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills with customer service focus
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
Effective business writing and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently or collaboratively
Adaptability to dynamic work environments and change management
Valid Driver's License
Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
