Belt installation, belt splicing, or belt servicing experience
Willingness to work OT, weekends, holidays, and join the 24/7 on‑call rotation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in tight spaces, and perform tasks at heights
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, and tape measures
High school diploma or GED
Proven experience in conveyor belt fabrication, installation, servicing, or repair (candidates without prior conveyor belt experience cannot be considered)

Ability to communicate orally (via phone) and written (via computer or other electronic means)
Ability to operate a motor vehicle in accordance with all federal, state and local laws and agreement to be monitored via in-cab vehicle safety camera / video surveillance technology
