Previous maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, production, food manufacturing, or related environments
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience working with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems preferred
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Experience with conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, or production equipment is a plus
Welding, fabrication, or PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work around machinery and manufacturing equipment
