Facility maintenance, maintenance technician, or service technician experience.
Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of equipment used in a distribution center environment.
Knowledge of and ability to safely operate maintenance-related tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts, pressure gauges, voltmeters, and similar equipment.
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution center environments.
Exposure to multiple maintenance and skilled trades, including mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with frontline employees, vendors, and leadership teams.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new equipment, technologies, and conveyance systems.
Working knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and OSHA safety standards.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Includes standing, sitting, walking, general labor, ladder, scissor lift & fork truck use, climbing up to (4) story heights in a warehouse environment.
May work at heights at times.
