Experience in forklift certification and inspection, hazmat certification, operating various warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.)
Ability to work a flexible work schedule with a "hands-on" management style
Must be able to work regularly at a height of up to 26 feet above the ground (with provided safety equipment/processes/training)
5 years' experience in Warehouse Department management preferably managing a unionized work force
Knowledge of local, state and federal OSHA safety and FMCR regulations
Must have strong leadership and organizations skills
5 years' related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be able to lift, as needed, heavy objects (occasionally between 60-75 lbs.) with or without reasonable accommodation
High School diploma or equivalent required
Must be detail orientated and a team player; Excellent oral and written skills; excellent organizational skills and driven to excel
