2 years' experience working with home repair and/or construction.
Experience in multiple disciplines is required (i.e., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.).
A valid California Driver's License, and current, and up to date, automobile insurance
Must own and maintain reliable transportation & tools including but not limited to basic hand tools, drills, circular saw, angle grinder, multi-tool, sander, vacuum, step ladder, hole saws and masonry bits.
Must keep standard materials stocked at all times, provided by the company.
Ability to lift up to 100lbs on occasion, and to lift up to 40lbs frequently, throughout the workday.
