At least 18 years of age.
Experience with .NET 6+, Web APIs, SQL Server, and related tools (Git, LINQ, JSON).
Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
Bachelor's Degree in; (**Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field**).
Experience in creating interactive, data‑driven interfaces using visualization and date‑handling libraries.
4+ years of related programming experience, including: (**React 18, Modern JavaScript/TypeScript development, C# / .NET Web API, SQL Server**).
Solid understanding of the full development lifecycle, Agile practices, Git workflows, and testing principles (including TDD).
Strong experience building modern React 18 SPAs with Vite, routing, state management, validation, internationalization, and responsive UI.
