Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical drawings
Knowledge of using spray paints and experience in mixing paints

Experience leading and developing associates
Ability to maintain high volume and high-quality content in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics
5 years of management experience either in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Ability to walk up to three miles each day
