High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Rigging Equipment Technician or in a similar role, with knowledge of rigging gear and equipment
Strong understanding of rigging principles, safety regulations, and industry standards
Proficiency in conducting load testing and inspections of rigging equipment
Ability to troubleshoot and repair rigging components using hand and power tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
Must be able to pass a drug screen, fit for duty, and background check.
