Experience performing manufacturing or product inspections using blueprints and specifications
Experience performing measurements with precision measurement tools, such as micrometers and calipers

2-3 years of experience in facility and production maintenance environment.
Experience with conveyors systems, including, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of case erecting and folding systems, including operation and repair.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with OSHA standards. (LOTO) Lock Out tag out Arc Flash Desired.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues related to electro/mechanical systems and perform root cause analysis on equipment failures.
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50Lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks.
Own basic hand tool and be proficient with power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to navigate through a computer and MS Office.
Familiarity with (CMMS), MVP is a plus.
Strong attention to detail in completing tasks and documenting maintenance.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to assist and train others as needed.
