Lift from floor to shoulder constantly and overhead infrequently
Twists, reaches, & bends frequently
Expected 35-45 hour weeks, rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Lift up to 40lbs constantly
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Familiar with industry's best practices
Frequent hand washing required
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

Keeping your service station clean and organized
Collaborating with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to ensure seamless service
Maintaining strong menu knowledge, including allergens and available modifications
