Read and interpret intermediate technical drawings and specification requirements
Understanding and apply Statistical Methods/Applications & use of complex precision measuring inspection tooling, gauges, and equipment (CMM- use of and basic programming capability)

Associate or bachelors degree in safety or related field, preferred.
3 - 5+ years of experience in safety, construction and/or manufacturing industries OSHA, MSHA, IH or similar.
Strong verbal & written English communication skills, ability to coach/teach all level of employees.
Ability to take initiative and work through difficult situations independently balancing member safety, compliance, and productivity striving for best-in-class results.
An objective mindset to facilitate and investigate safety incidents with the cooperation of all stakeholders quickly.
OSHA/MSHA certified instructor a plus.
Computer literacy, Microsoft Suite.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
