Knowledge of piping drawings, diagrams and pipefitters handbook used in establishing testing or flushing boundaries
Capable of fabricating flushing jumpers
Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and the installation and removal of blinds in systems for testing
Possess basic reading and writing skills along with addition and subtraction skills
Ability to read a tape measure both standard and metric and use a hand torch
Have basic understanding of fitting tools and their operation such as Jacks, Come-A-Longs and Chain Falls, along with how to use a grinder
Knowledge of piping systems arrangements including valves and piping symbols and components along with their function
Knowledge of safety data sheets (SDS)
Knowledge of piping drawings, diagrams and pipefitters handbook used in establishing testing or flushing boundaries.
