Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in production
Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets and database software including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
JDE system experience preferred
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, proportions and decimals
Ability and understanding of various measuring devices in meeting drawing dimensions and specifications
Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, work orders, work instructions, diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to operate a Drill Press, Power/Hand Tools, Measuring Equipment and Test Equipment such as a voltmeter
Basic computer skills and PLC knowledge
Ability to read, understand, and interpret drawings, schematics, and manuals
High school diploma or GED required
5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred, aerospace)
Apprenticeship or Associates Degree preferred or certificate of training to demonstrate qualifications
