Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, assembly, or a related field preferred
Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
Basic computer skills for entering inspection data and completing documentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
3 to 7 years of supervisory experience or production leadership
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to communicate with all employees and deal with difficult situations as they arise, while effectively adhering to company policy and procedure.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and work instructions.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word required
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Project Management and ISO procedures is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP Systems.
Strong knowledge of EHS standards, Quality Control and Production processes.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Must be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift, depending on the current operational needs.
