Education and Experience Requirements:Requires a high school diploma or GED
Processes orders, returns, and basic service requests
Work Environment:* Office-based or hybrid setting.* Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.* Occasional exposure to warehouse or production areas for training.
Follows established procedures and scripts for common issues
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* Requires basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to learn and use CRM and ERP systems.* Basic understanding of HVAC products is a plus.
Maintains accurate customer records and documentation
