3+ years of experience in the Army as a 140A
3+ years of experience with Tactical Data Links, computer repair, computer networking, or tactical communication
Experience supervising, coordinating, planning, and managing the operations and integration of the Joint Multi-Tactical Data Link ( TDL ) Architecture ( MTA ) associated with Army air and missile defense mission command systems at both the operational and tactical level
Experience with AFATDS, CPCE, ATAK, and Army Mission Command Systems
Ability to advise clients on joint TDL implementation, employment, capabilities, and integration for all Army mission command systems, including crew certification
Ability to integrate, develop, experiment, and test various Army air defense mission command solutions, including hardware, software, and commercial off the shelf ( COTS ) systems that provide Situational Awareness ( SA ) , Early Warning, and Air Space Management
Ability to travel to OCONUS locations up to 30% of the time
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Cryptologic Carry-On Program (CCOP) systems
Must be able to perform work within equipment spaces onboard US Navy platforms
Strong writing and speaking skills; experience leading and working in a diverse group of coworkers and community of interest
Ability to follow configuration documentation and procedures is required
Work independently but collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide consulting and control design recommendations to reduce risk
