Hands-on experience supporting multi-state payroll and multiple legal entities
3–5+ years of progressive payroll experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required)
Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices
ADP Workforce Now (WFN) experience required, including importing data and troubleshooting
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced payroll environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
