Demonstrated experience in an estimating-focused role, with a strong understanding of estimating processes and workflows within a manufacturing environment
Experience within the paper, packaging, or corrugated industry, with working knowledge of how manufacturing operations support customer solutions
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex inputs and translate them into accurate estimates
Ability to calculate standard production costs and estimate material usage and production time requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
Technically proficient and systems-oriented, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate estimating or ERP platforms
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment with shifting priorities
Proven ability to operate as a self-starter who takes ownership, works independently, and does not require day-to-day supervision
Demonstrated team-first mindset, with a willingness to jump in, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute wherever needed
Willingness to support operations with a primary focus on the West region (Renton, WA and Woodland, CA) while also providing backup support across the Eastern, Midwest, and Mountain regions as needed and collaborating with on-site teams as required
