Minimum 5 years of progressive quality experience in a similar manufacturing or assembly environment
Demonstrated experience with quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes (8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, etc.).
Proven ability to develop and implement quality metrics and controls.
Experience leading audits and managing customer interactions related to quality.
Experience with SAP
