Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Current CPR certification required and maintained throughout employment
Reliable transportation for home visits
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for travel throughout the assigned territory
Ability to travel to patient homes and designated care locations as needed
OASIS experience is required
Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse is required
Home health experience is strongly preferred

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Nursing Program
Five years' experience, including three years of management experience, with the population being served.
Certification/Licensed as a Registered Nurse.
Must be an AMAP approved nurse or willing to obtain that certification within the first 60 days of employment.
Valid Driver's license, car registration and vehicle insurance required if transporting consumers in personal vehicle.
First Aid/CPR certification must be done within 30 days of employment.
Other training courses associated with consumer behavior and care must be completed within the first 90 days of employment.
Job requires performance of duties that involve potential for exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. Tasks that do involve exposure are an expectation of employment.
Travel as needed
