Current LPN license in Missouri and Illinois required
Current CPR/AED Certification required or willing to obtain within six months of employment
IV certification required

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or obtain certification within 90 days of start date
If obtaining a RBT certification within 90-days of start date, must complete and obtain completion certificate for the 40-hour RBT Training Course prior to start date
Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, speech and hearing services, child and human development, or related field OR Associates degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, speech and hearing services, child and human development, or related field and 2 years of related experience OR High school diploma/GED and 4 years of related experience
Experience: Foundational knowledge of child development and applied behavior analysis (ABA), and at least 1 year of experience with individuals with disabilities and/or children
Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of positions and postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, twisting, turning, bending, stooping, reaching overhead) for extended periods of time
Must be willing and able to implement crisis intervention strategies for patients after training
Must be able to utilize quick body movements while working with patients
Ability to lift or move approximately 50 lbs
