Machine Operator
The day-to-day operation of various machinery for the production of engravable plastic and metal items
Electro-mechanical aptitude
Ability to follow procedures to produce products that meet quality standards
Responsible for day to day operation and maintenance of shears, bevelers, engraving and badge machines, and panel saw
Pick all required materials to complete a job
Ensure product meets quality standards while also meeting production goals and minimizing waste
Recognize pre-production problems such as material thickness, material defects, correct material type, etc.
Eliminate return good authorizations by accurately marking, segregating and cutting defective material
Follow machine operating instructions and safety guidelines while performing duties
Identify problems in the manufacturing process and reporting them
