Experienced and driven Working Foreman
Lead residential and commercial reconstruction and remodeling projects
Oversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring alignment with plans, blueprints, and project specifications
Lead the team from the front, providing hands-on mentorship and guidance
Manage multiple jobs at different phases, balancing priorities effectively
Perform hands-on tasks, including framing, building, laying out rafters, stairs, decks, and roof pitch
Work directly from blueprints, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Ensure all tools, materials, and safety equipment are used correctly and available as needed
Own a truck to start, with the potential for a company vehicle (ability to pull a trailer is a plus)
