At least 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Mechanic.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance as required by the Government.
Thorough understanding of and ability to execute proper maintenance procedures for mechanical and plant equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural and non-structural systems.
Must have the knowledge and skills required to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs as required in the Employer's contract.
Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities in all types weather.
