10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a CNC machining environment
Strong hands-on knowledge of CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machining
Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and work alongside maintenance/service technicians
Experience managing production schedules, priorities, and workflow in a high-mix machine shop
Solid understanding of tooling, machine setups, blueprint reading, and GD&T
Proven ability to lead machinists, drive accountability, and improve shop floor performance
This is a first-shift, on-site leadership role where you'll be expected to be highly involved in daily operations, support production, solve problems in real time, and ensure customer commitments are met
The position requires flexibility to work extended hours and occasional Saturdays as production demands
Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
