Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour Depending on Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
At least 1 year of experience in a leadership, lead, trainer, or coordinator role.
Strong understanding of part identification, labeling, and quality inspection processes.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and basic drawings.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
Exposure to wood dust, moving equipment, and varying warehouse temperatures.
Must adhere to all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Authorized to work in the United States
Must pass a 4-panel drug screen (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
Have reliable transportation to get to and from work. We supply vans for deliveries!
Must be able to get in and out of a van frequently throughout the day (in all types of weather) – you will have 200 or more stops every shift.
Must be a safe driver as this is evaluated on a driver performance APP and by in-vehicle cameras.
