Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ; able to influence, coach, and align diverse stakeholders from plant operators to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects with high autonomy and clear accountability for timing, cost, and performance.
Demonstrated initiative -reaching beyond assigned work to improve outcomes and mentor/teach others.
2+ years of launch experience (plant or central ME) in automotive or similarly complex manufacturing.
Demonstrated depth in core process engineering disciplines (e.g., tooling, ergonomics, process capability, automation/controls interface).
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and environments to meet program and plant needs.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment , the Global Launch Process , and the Vehicle Development Process.
5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including the ability to use data to prioritize and justify recommendations.
